The Master in Creative Computing and Artificial Intelligence (MCCAI) aims to be a strong option for professionals whose activities require the development of new skills in emerging technological areas, in order to respond to the permanent challenges of the industry.
It is a pioneering program in Portugal and Europe, which brings technology closer to creativity and art, and aims to operate in the emerging areas of these intersections.
Covers areas as diverse as artificial intelligence, creative computing, IoT, emerging technologies, machine learning, computer graphics, which, integrated, allow the development of complex projects related to intelligent systems, interactive virtual and augmented reality, holograms, autonomous robots, among others.
Based on a project-based learning methodology (PBL), MCCAI endows students with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical application in the development of multi-disciplinary projects focused on solving complex challenges.
The Factory integrates the Project Unit, the Technical Labs and the Observatory.
It is also a platform for the dissemination of ideas, projects and creative challenges where you participate as an IADE student.
In this unit, where value and knowledge are produced, there is a clear bet on the relationship between students, teachers, laboratories and civil society.
The Factory's projects are defined essentially in three lines of action: parallel fabrication (development of extracurricular projects); curricular fabrication (projects within the school context and in collaboration with civil society partners) and future fabrication (applied research to the development of projects designed and created from scratch).
The Master in Creative Computing and Artificial Intelligence opens doors for building solid careers related to the development of the new generation of creative intelligent systems, in emerging technological areas that combine technology with creativity and the arts:
Graduates in Creative Computing and Artificial Intelligence will also be prepared to continue their studies at the 3rd cycle (doctorate) and thus start a career in research and / or university teaching.
Candidates interested in joining IADE can apply throughout the year. The application process is limited by existing vacancies and the suitability of the candidate's profile to the study cycle of interest.
To start the admission process, the candidate must follow these 3 steps.
